SUMMARY:The Empath's Sanctuary - Release Absorbed Energy & Rebuild Boundaries
DESCRIPTION:This immersive retreat is designed for highly sensitive individuals and empaths who feel emotionally depleted from absorbing the energy of others. It focuses on shifting from “compassion fatigue” to a state of grounded empowerment through remote energetic support. \nCore Benefits\nReclaim Your Vitality: Move from chronic depletion to resilient\, grounded energy. \nEstablish Healthy Boundaries: Learn to protect your peace and personal space without guilt. \nRestore Reciprocal Flow: Balance the act of giving with the ability to receive. \nEmotional Lightness: Release heavy\, external emotions that don’t belong to you. \nThe Experience\nThis retreat offers a safe haven for sensitive souls. Using a high-vibrational blend of energetic support and group energy therapy techniques\, the process “un-sticks” stagnant energy and fortifies your aura\, transforming your empathy from an “open door” into a “protective shield.” \nIn a group setting we will work together to remove contracts and agreements that no longer serve you\, practice forgiveness\, and learn to shield\, and cut cords. \nStop sacrificing your vitality—learn how to let go of the energy that isn’t yours. \nJanuary 30th\, 10am to 4pm\, $350\, early bird $299. \nThis event is a hybrid event and you can choose to participate in-person at 22 Wellness or on zoom. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Register before January 15th for the early bird discount.
