Hello! I’m Teresa, an Energy Therapy Practitioner and Instructor. I work with the subtle energy systems of the body to clear blockages, release old patterns, and restore natural flow — blending Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Access Bars, chakra/aura work, and Shamanic Energy Medicine, all grounded in compassion and sacred presence.
I am deepening my work through advanced training with The Four Winds Society toward certification as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine. I also lead High Vibe Times, a platform amplifying holistic practitioners and conscious creators.
