l’aura also offers group Sound Bath Meditation Evenings with her husband, Musician/Composer and Recording Artist Danny Carroll. With Crystal Music, the Sound Bath Meditation is a supportive yet relaxing vibrational energy you can feel. The focus is to work with the vibration of musical nuances and sounds in a meditative way, to gently clear away outdated energy and help invite in new possibilities.
l’aura plays the crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, vocal sounds, drums, flute and other instruments. The grand piano and music within the soundscapes that Danny creates helps facilitate a pathway for you to relax within your meditative sound lifting experience.
