There are comfortable chairs and room for lying down. Bring whatever you need for lying down or sitting.
Suggestions: Mat, blanket, pillow or cushion, water bottle.
This is the Hunter Full Moon and it also has many other names.
One of them is the Travelling full moon which feels appropriate
as we journey within the meditative sound bath.
Experience the fullness and support of the moon cycle
and letting go with the vibration of the Sound Bath.
With Crystal Music, Our Sound Bath Meditation is a supportive
yet relaxing vibrational energy you can feel.
Our focus is to work with the vibration of musical nuances and sounds
in a meditative way, to gently clear away the
outdated energy and to help invite in new possibilities.
With l’aura’s calm guidance, these musical sounds help to keep the vibration and
energy shifting and moving within, and exploring untapped spaces.
l’aura plays the crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, guided vocal sounds, drums, flute and other instruments.
